USD Finalizes 7s Schedule

USD is very excited for a highly competitive 7s seasons this fall.

We start by playing a round robin tournament at UCLA on Saturday 9/28. This will be a 1 day tournament on campus at UCLA.

Next we will compete in the West Coast 7s on treasure island (San Francisco). This will be a two day tournament on October 19th and 20th. Teams competing will be Cal, SDSU, University of Arizona and many other top programs on the west coast.

Finally, we will host an NSCRO qualifier on campus on 10/26. This will be a single day tournament played on Manchester Field. Tournament winner will gain an automatic berth to the 7s national championship in the spring.

Head coach for the 7s team will be Charlie Purdon. We are extremely fortunate to have had USA Eagles Perry Baker, Stephen Tomasin and Brett Thompson stop by to guest coach as we start training for these tournaments.
